Definition of Somnambulism

Definition: One of the parasomnias, it is better known as sleepwalking. The purposeful movement occurs in a sleep-like state.
Pronunciation: som-nam-bew-li-zem
Examples: When I was a young boy, I often would wander the house the nights I had episodes of somnambulism.
