Get the Necessary Sleep to Dream Big

Sunday June 14, 2009

At the June Associated Professional Sleep Societies meeting in Seattle, a number of studies were released, including the results of a nationwide survey about Americans' aspirations for the future and how these relate to sleep.

One thousand people were surveyed by phone, and 92 percent say they believe that sleeping better is a necessary component for achieving their dreams, goals, and ambitions. Of the respondents, 94 percent said there is a direct correlation between their ability to function well and a good night's sleep.

Learning how to sleep better tonight may give you the energy needed to realize your dreams, whatever these might be.
