Uses of Yarrow: Yarrow has many herbal uses, including a digestive aid, for coughs and colds and is also a mild tranquilizer.
Description of Yarrow: Yarrow grows literally wverywhere and can become a troublesome weed int he garden or lawn. It's also known by other names including milfoil and has small white or lilac flowers.
Dangers or Side Effects of Yarrow: Don't take if you're pregnant or breast feeding. Don't give to children under the age of 2. Otherwise, considered safe for use in medicinal quantities.
Available as: Tea, tea blends, tincturesmin herbal mixtures and as tablets and capsules.
