Definition of Enuresis

Definition: The involuntary loss of urine, usually during deep sleep, beyond an age when voluntary control should be present. It usually refers to bedwetting in children.
Pronunciation: en-yu-ree-sis
Examples: My son had difficulties with enuresis, but he responded well to medication and behavioral therapy.
