I’m curious, Dr. Peters, what you think about having sex at or near bedtime, considering that sleep hygiene tip #6 is to avoid exercise before bed. Obviously it’s something of an intense physical activity, which is recommended to avoid in the 4 hours prior to going to sleep. It may not just be exercise, but it could definitely rev someone up.
